I honestly do not think I have an eating disorder. When I look at people who are actually thin, I look at myself and see “fat.” Lately, though, I’ve been reading all these pro-anorexia blogs looking for tips on how to avoid eating when hungry. It’s crazy and it became so real when I notice that I already do half the things that these blogs advise. I do the little tricks...
I find that I do this whenever I go home from school for breaks. My mom tries to fatten me up, especially through fruits, and I have a hard time saying no to fruits because I love them so much. So I binge eat them for that week that we have a break. And then when I go back to college (today, yes!), I go back to my “routine” and I lose weight. It’s great.

I’m 4 pounds away from my goal number 3. And it’s getting harder and harder. I recently started an anxiety medication and I’m hoping it won’t interfere with my weightloss. If anyone has any experience with anxiety medication or any other anti-depressants, please let me know :)

Lesson of the day:
Snacking is going to get you nowhere. Even if it’s those “5 extra grapes” or “few nuts” or even fattening foods like a chip or a piece of chocolate. Those little tiny things add up, and your calorie levels will fall off balance. Even if it’s a PIECE, it adds up no matter what. STOP SNACKING.
That awkward moment when people think granola is...
HA. A cup of granola has more calories than two high-in-fat chocolate chip cookies. It’s healthy, yeah, but it doesn’t mean it’s gonna help you lose weight.
