Work Out Update: Hi lovelies! I’ve been getting requests to update so I thought I would now. So basically, my body won’t allow itself to lose anymore weight. I’ve seen every nutritionist/body consultant/anorexia doctor that I possibly could, and they just tell me that it’s not me, it’s my body not feeling healthy enough to lose any more weight. So, despite how many many calories I burn a day (approx. 600-700), and how little calories I eat (about 900), I will not lose weight until I regain my metabolism. That being said, I am back on Jenny Craig and I have been gaining a few ounces. It’s the scariest thing ever, but I know it’ll benefit my weightless in the end. And It’s not like I’m gaining pounds, I will probably gain 2 pounds max. Trust me, I’ve cried about it enough, but I need to get healthy and I plan on doing that before I am able to lose weight healthily.
