Snacking is going to get you nowhere. Even if it’s those “5 extra grapes” or “few nuts” or even fattening foods like a chip or a piece of chocolate. Those little tiny things add up, and your calorie levels will fall off balance. Even if it’s a PIECE, it adds up no matter what. STOP SNACKING.
